How to Enroll

  1. Use our form to quickly request a natural gas quote or electricity quote or call—1.855.466.2842.
  2. Sprague will require basic account information from your utility bill(s). We’ll then contact your utility company and request your usage and rate information. This is easy for us to do, and your utility readily provides this information.
  3. After you’re approved, we’ll send you pricing options, and you’ll select a natural gas and/or electrical program that best fits your business needs.
  4. Sprague will then send you a form to lock in your energy costs for the contract period—so you can start locking in your rates immediately. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Sprague will deliver your natural gas and/or electricity requirements to the utility, and then the utility will deliver the actual gas and/or electricity to you. You’ll receive two bills: one from the utility for their distribution service and one from us for the actual product (natural gas or electricity) with your locked in rates.
Yes. Sprague sends out the Terms and Conditions to every new customer. We also keep a record of your Terms and Conditions on file. You can contact us anytime, and we’ll send you a copy.

Sprague is responsible for delivering the fuel (natural gas or electricity) to your utility —sourcing it from different geographies across the United States. We also have the ability to create customized energy management program for you, delivering an energy solution that best meets your requirements and appetite for risk. If you ever have emergencies or delivery issues with your gas and/or electricity, you would still contact your utility directly for support.

However, with Sprague, you have options! You can either lock in your natural gas and/or electricity costs right now—or float with the market until the price is right for you, and then lock in the rate. If you continue to purchase your natural gas and/or electricity from your utility, you may not have the ability to lock in prices and avoid the market swings.
