Tuesday, March 16th saw the front-month NYMEX Natural Gas Futures Contract open at $2.503, a penny above Monday’s closing price of $2.492. Slipping to an intraday low of $2.494 as markets opened, prices rose to $2.525 by 9:30AM and $2.520 by midday. Ascending to an intraday high of $2.566 ahead of 2:30PM, April closed higher on Tuesday at $2.562.
As of 7:30AM EST this morning in Globex, WTI Crude was down 58 cents; Natural Gas was down two cents; Heating Oil was down two cents; and Gasoline was down three cents.
