th saw the front-month NYMEX Natural Gas Futures Contract open at $2.862, nearly even to Friday’s closing price of $2.859. Recording the intraday high of $2.876 and intraday low of $2.832 all before 9:30AM, prices then found support near the $2.85 level as markets have seemingly priced-in the current forecast for below-average temperatures. Trading within a narrow band along this level for the balance of the day, April finished nearly flat on Monday at $2.857.
This morning in Globex, WTI Crude was up 19 cents; Natural Gas was up two cents; Heating Oil was down one cent; and Gasoline was up one cent.
