th saw the front-month NYMEX Natural Gas Futures Contract open at $5.652, thirty-seven cents above Friday’s closing price of $5.280. Marking the intraday low of $5.612 within minutes of the opening bell, the contract continued its pre-session rally as revised forecasts are now expected to bring below average temperatures for much of the country next month. Crossing midday near $5.820 and ascending to an intraday high of $5.940 at 12:40PM, November closed high on Monday at $5.898.
As of 6:05AM EST this morning in Globex, WTI Crude was down 46 cents; Natural Gas was up seven cents; Heating Oil was down one cent; and Gasoline was up slightly.
