This contract is a testament to our team&#8217;s capabilities and our shared vision with the city of&nbsp;New York.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RD is produced from renewable sources such as used cooking oil and waste fats that are refined to be chemically identical to traditional fossil-fuel diesel, so it can be used in existing diesel engines and infrastructure, like those on the&nbsp;Staten Island&nbsp;Ferry system.
