With complete disregard for Punxsutawney Phil\u2019s prediction for six more weeks of winter, weather models shed notable forecasted heating demand for the coming weeks. With production returning to pre-storm operation levels, the contract posted an intraday high of $3.586 at 9:55AM. Trending lower throughout the session, prices fell to an intraday low of $3.155 at 2:15PM. March closed lower on Monday at $3.237.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The EIA Natural Gas Storage Report published last Thursday posted a 242 BCF withdrawal from storage for the week ended January 23 \u2013 greater than the market estimate of a 230 BCF withdrawal.
