Tuesday, November 19th saw the front-month NYMEX Natural Gas Futures Contract open at $2.517, five cents below Monday’s closing price of $2.566.  Slipping lower overnight once again, bearish forecasts for seasonal temperatures combined with continued strong production have kept a lid on prices over the past few days.  Trailing downward to an intraday low of $2.501 by 9:50AM, the contract rose to an intraday of $2.544 two hours later.  Moving gradually lower into the afternoon, December closed lower on Tuesday at $2.510.

As of 8:50AM EST this morning in Globex, WTI Crude was up 42 cents; Natural Gas was up four cents; Heating Oil was up two cents; and Gasoline was up one cent.
