th saw the front-month NYMEX Natural Gas Futures Contract open at $2.899, four cents below Thursday’s closing price $2.942. Ascending to an intraday high of $2.941 by 9:20AM, prices then fell to an intraday low of $2.866 ninety minutes later as forecasts for bearish temperatures are now extending further into the month. Trading within three cents of $2.910 heading into the afternoon, the December contract closed lower on Friday at $2.888.
As of 8:50AM EST this morning in Globex, WTI Crude was up $3.35; Natural Gas was up one cent; Heating Oil was up eight cents; and Gasoline was up eight cents.
