Monday, April 30th saw the front-month NYMEX Natural Gas Futures Contracts open at $2.767, just slightly below Friday’s closing price of $2.771. Weighing diminished supply levels against the beginning of the delayed injection season, the contract rebounded confidently into the afternoon, as June closed nearly a penny lower on Monday at $2.763.
This morning in Globex, WTI Crude was down 69 cents; Natural Gas was up three cents; Heating Oil was down two cents; and, Gasoline was down two cents.
