st saw the December NYMEX Natural Gas Futures Contract open at $6.443, fourteen cents above Friday’s closing price of $6.303. With updated forecasts over the weekend call for a bullish start to December, prices continued their pre-opening momentum to span the morning hours. Peaking at an intraday high of $6.837 ahead of 2:30PM, traders will have the holiday-shortened week to contend with as they place their positions. December closed higher on Monday at $6.776.
As of 7:20AM EST this morning in Globex, WTI Crude was up $1.05; Natural Gas was down 20 cents; Heating Oil was up two cents; and Gasoline was up six cents.
