th saw the November NYMEX Natural Gas Futures Contract open at $4.903, six cents below Friday’s closing price of $4.959. Marking the intraday low as the opening bell rang, the contract was quick to pick up any lost ground as traders found value in the oversold front-month. Reaching the $5.20 level shortly after 9:30AM, prices reached an intraday high of $5.259 at 10:50AM. Fluctuating near this mark for the balance of the day, November closed higher on Monday at $5.199.
As of 7:05AM EST this morning in Globex, WTI Crude was down $1.30; Natural Gas was down seven cents; Heating Oil was down four cents; and Gasoline was down four cents.
