Energy use across managed properties is spread across core building systems that support tenant comfort, safety, and daily operations.
Primary Energy Sources
Properties rely on a mix of electricity and fuel to support heating, cooling, lighting, and building systems.
Where Energy Is Used Most
-
HVAC / space heating & cooling: ~30–40% (space heating alone ~32%)
-
Lighting (common & exterior): ~10–15%
-
Ventilation, pumps, elevators, and building systems: ~10–15%
-
Water heating: ~5–10%
